    Insurance

    Insurance Included in Standard Contract

    • Fully Comprehensive Insurance with NO Excess Liability
    • Third Party Liability, Public Liability, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
    • Theft Loss Waiver (TLW), Personal Assistance Insurance (PAI)
    • On Road Breakdown Assistance 24 hours.

    Insurance - Items NOT Included in Standard Contract

    The insurance of the vehicle does not cover:
    • Flat tyres, damages to wheels, tyres, window glass or undercarriage and interior of the vehicle
    • Damages caused to third parties or to the vehicle because of negligence or reckless driving
    • Improper refuelling
    • Loss or damage of the car keys or of the remote control
    • Vehicle robbery when ignition key is on
    • Burns, spots or damage inside the vehicle
    • Personal objects inside the vehicle
    • Any other additional cost due to a breakdown of the vehicle e.g. towing, transport, allowances, telephone calls, other rental vehicle…
    • Damages or situations caused by driving under alcohol and/or drug effects

    Super Insurance

    Super Insurance covers some of the items not included in the standard rental insurance and costs 20€ per rental.
    Super Insurance covers Flat tyres, damages to wheels, tyres, vehicle undercarriage, vehicle interior and window glass.

    Fuel Policy

    Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank offuel, which will be paid for at the time of delivery. Unused fuel will not be refunded. The vehicle must be returned with as little fuel in the tank as possible. In case of rentals for less than 4 days, it is possible to ask for half of the tank.

    Customer Payment

    Blue Valley Car Hire charge a 15% holding deposit for all vehicles reserved at Alicante and Murcia. The remaining 85% is paid when the car is collected. This deposit is fully refundable if an email cancellation is sent at least 72 hours prior to the vehicle hire start time.

    Please use this link to make a secure payment via credit card or Paypal when your booking is confirmed. A valid credit card is required for ALL rental contracts (the credit card must be in the name of the hirer).

    Driver Restrictions

    The minimum and maximum ages for renting a car are 24 and 75 years respectively, with a minimum of 2 years experience with Drivers Licence, valid to drive in Europe.

    Vehicles Group

    Car models are subject to be change to similar size or to a higher group.
    Vehicle is supplied by the group. Model shown is an example of the group booked.
