CDW Insurance

If damage occurs to your rental vehicle you may be liable to pay an amount (an excess) towards the damage. The amount varies depending on the vehicle type.

Even if your vehicle includes CDW Insurance, check if there is an excess. This can be seen on the Rate Details when you get your quote to see if there is a CDW excess and how much it is.

There are 2 types of quote:

• Inclusive No Excess - these deals have zero CDW excess, but some items may be excluded such as tyre damage, window damage, loss of keys, etc.

• Inclusive - these deals have a CDW excess figure, the excess amount is given in the "Rate Details" which you can see prior to booking a vehicle

If you decide to book an Inclusive deal, you can choose to either take out full CDW cover with Mondial when you make a reservation, or you can purchase additional cover from the rental supplier when you collect the vehicle.

The Mondial Insurance also covers items such as tyre damage, window damage and theft of possessions from the vehicle. See full Mondial terms and conditions
